★★☆☆☆ I have bought from this Zay Chin for the fourth time. Each time, I spent at least 60 thousands and I was quite happy though some items are overpriced. Yesterday, I made another order and they contacted me asking when they should do the delivery. I told them I would be at home the whole day, so it's okay as long as the vegetable remain fresh. But when they failed to show up until 6pm, I messaged them and within 15 mins they got to my place and the items i got were so disappointing. They left the vegetable for the whole day in a basket without any cooling system, so vegetables like the bean sprout, mushroom, green bean were almost cooked in heat. If i leave for another day, they will surely get rotten. Besides, the supposedly-frozen-prawns also was sooooooo smelly from being left in warm bags for hours. So upsetting! They delivery is done in a light truck that doesn't have any refrigeration system. I thought this Zay Chin could be different. This is no different from other services available in Myanmar. In the beginning they usually perform exceptionally well, but later they fall back to the culture of disgustingly poor services. This company should get refrigerated trucks if you want to deliver the vegetables and meat late or the company will die out soon.

★★☆☆☆ အော်ဒါကျရင် ကျသလို delivery ကို ဂရုမစိုက်တတ်ဘူး။ application က ကောင်းပါတယ်။ complaint ကိုလည်းဂရုမစိုက်။ ရုံးကို complaint တက်ရင် delivery ကို ဖုန်းဆက်ခိုင်းတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် သုံးတဲ့သူနည်းမှ အဆင်ပြေမှာမို့ အသစ်တွေ လာမဝယ်ပကပါနဲ့။
