★★★★★ I've installed, commissioned, and serviced Zehnder HRV/ERVs for 8 years. The Q series are fantastic machines. And the LAN C with this app is a great option. But, You have to connect it properly. The LAN C should be connected with the comf-net color coded push connectors. Matching the colors from the LAN C to the Q unit. USE a shielded 4 conductor wire, this will prevent interference from power cords. Then you must connect to your WI-FI router by either net cable. Then connect phone to WI-Fi.

★★☆☆☆ I got the ComfoConnect and this app in the hopes of learning what my ventilation unit is doing and why. But I am disappointed. My unit suddenly gave the message "noise guard" with nowhere an explanation on what that actually is and why it would do that. The app gives the same info as on the display. The app works, but is in my opinion, not detailed enough. I wish it'd give the parameters which caused a certain message to appear. Which, I assume, can't be that difficult?

★★☆☆☆ I have problems getting application to work. After connecting the LAN interface and installing the app, I get this error message: "Cannot connect to the gateway. Please make sure you are on the same network...". After clicking CHECK CONNECTION it says that there is a problem with "Remote access enabled X" (all other items are green". Status: Connection Failed. We have tried two different ComfoConnect LAN C modules, different network configurations, different switches, all LAN cables are 100% working (tested). My installer cannot help me. Please help me with this problem. The firmware of ComfoAir Q600 ST is R1.7.0. Thank you in advance.
