★★☆☆☆ Still no option in 2024 to add workouts manually like in Google fit or Samsung (I suggested this feature in my review in 2017!). This makes training load and other goals useless. Please add custom, manual workout recording (such as swimming) with score for heart rate intensity like Strata and Google fit (also allow editing recorded workout like you allow editing sleep). Google fit integration only works one way. Zepp life does not show workout manually added in Google fit.

★★☆☆☆ Couldn't connect to my Amalfi 5. I rebooted both devices (the band and the cell phone), I factory reset the band and still they couldn't pair (the app never found the band). I downloaded the Zepp app, and they connected immediately, no issues. My problem with the other app is that the band does not stay connected through the Bluetooth, and it's asking for the Zepp Life instead.

★★☆☆☆ Use it because it's the only thing that connects to the MI scale. Interface is poor but does the job. One thing they should change though is it keeps asking for notifications permissions every startup. I'm never going to allow it... so stop asking.
