★★★★★ I LOVE IT! Had a few issues at the beginning, but they were very communicative and helped me go through it and solve the issues fast. THANK YOU!

★★★★★ After 2 days they blocked my account and their instructions said to wait 48 hours for a response, but they have not asked me for my information to know who they are trying to assist. The credit card on my account belongs to me and all documents are legit, so I advise to not use this app

★★☆☆☆ I'm still using the app currently, but their customer service on WhatsApp is terrible. I was excited about trying out Zinli. Now I have very little faith in placing my money where my questions go unanswered. I contacted the customer service about my physical card and about another app Zinli is promoting. They greated me (so they knew I was there) and after I explained my questions left my messages as seen. No interaction at all. Three business days have passed.

★★☆☆☆ It's been over a month trying to sign up into the app. I've registered previously with a different email, and I tried every single suggestions your mediocre customer support team (Carmen from Zinli) has made, with zero solutions. Can I use the service or not?

★★☆☆☆ Haven't been able to access my account for weeks now and no information being shared by them via email or social media about what's going on
