★★☆☆☆ Second day after initial install, will not open on S-22 ultra? Uninstalled & re-installed and same issue??
★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't work and no one wants to help it's been months since I used the app, and I've been complaining about the issue but one helps I have so many tickets in and customer service is very bad they are not quick enough and when you get tired of waiting for them, they quick to end the chat. The app itself doesn't work every merchant I open appears an error message.
★★☆☆☆ I used Zip quite a few times with no issue, until recently. They locked my account, claiming it can't be verified, and despite 3 separate email attempts and an attempt using their in-app messaging feature, it has not been resolved. It's impossible to reach a human being, and their automated messaging system just keeps telling me to wait 24–48 hours. I'd love to use the app again and rate it highly, but that unfortunately doesn't seem possible.
