★★☆☆☆ The worst buy ticket experience I've ever had. It's crazy that I can't buy for myself and friend without forcing him to download the app. The responsible department for this madness should realize they're a failure and should do something else in life because this is embarrassing.

★★☆☆☆ A Frustrating and Overly Complicated Ticket-Buying Experience. Zipper Tic has somehow managed to take one of the simplest and most straightforward processes—buying tickets—and turn it into an unnecessarily complicated and frustrating ordeal. You can’t buy tickets for friends without forcing them to install the app and create accounts, and using tickets requires ID at the door. Compared to other platforms, this is a big step backward in convenience. I can’t recommend it. Edit: Link to stats please.
