I recently stayed at Hostel Jaipur with my friend, and it was an amazing experience, especially as it was our first time at a Hostel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Jaipur, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. We stayed in a sharing dorm, and it was a great way to meet new people. The dorm was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with comfortable beds and secure lockers for our belongings.

The app is convenient for bookings, but there is absolutely no option for cancelations. If booking is just a few clicks away, why aren't cancelations so?! To cancel, you need to mail and wait for the response from the reservations team, which may take up to a day! Please make our lives simpler by including cancelations available in the app!

Had a wonderful time at Hostel, Vagamon. Great location...great food....amazing staff. Rooms are hygienic....service is good. The property manager (Vinu) and his staff were super helpful. Vinu was proactive in showcasing the 'things to do' in Vagamon. If you are planning for a trip to Vagamon, look no further. Hostel Vagamon is the place to be.

Hostel udaipur is the worst experience I have ever had. Behavior of staff was awful. Even it was hard to stay there for few hours . I checked in around 4pm and checked out at 9pm.... every time the staff told me some meaningless and pointless rules on every basic thing ..... I recommend not to opt hostel if you are going to udaipur.

Hostel do not care about the customer service, all they care about is their money. Customers can not reach out to them in case of any complaints or query. They don't reply to your mails and their help desk is nothing more than a joke. I lost my money due to some app error, I tried to contact them n number of times, but they don't really respond. They have your money and now the ball is in their court. They will not listen to you, they will not respond appropriately. Please save your money🙏🏻

It's not allowing to log in whenever OTP received we entering correct OTP still every time it says invalid OTP . Tried 7 times. Unable to login.

Worst app they cancelled my booking and not to consider me I came 1 day before check in, and I got my booking was cancelled.... don't book this site or app for booking
