I love the group chat and ability to log into call groups just as if I were working at my desktop.

Becoming a better experience. The mobile app pairs pretty well with their phone system. Messaging and call management both function as they should and provide a good number of ways to deliver calls and take voicemails. My company sells and services these systems and over the last couple of years the app seems to have made good progress towards being a useful part of the Zultys MX systems. The ios app still works better than the android.

Awesome experience, I have great success with this app, it makes communications so easy, and the features are above anyone else in the market...if you have a problem it's because your Integrator is unfamiliar with proper settings.

Poor development: I have to uninstall and reinstall this app nearly every week. When I try to make phone calls, the entire app will log out and hang up the call.

Drops calls even when close to a wireless AP. Sometimes when I answer a call the other end can't hear me or there is a bad echo. The app will continue to ring even after I pick up my desk phone. Other than that it's ok?
